A project that I’ve been working on for the past year called Levity was recently used in this month’s Little Rock’s Sioree magazine to feature Arkansas Literary Festival Chair Katherine Whiteworth! The piece interviews Katherine, an accomplished writer and editor, and discusses the magic of the written word. You can read the whole article here.
This article lent itself to such dreamy imagery, that Marcus Boyce, the art directer at Sioree, and I conjured up an idea that we hoped would encapsulate the feeling provided by our subject. Katherine, who was a delight to work with, braved cold libraries and rickety ladders to help get our shots. Many thank to her and the fine people at Sioree for making this shoot so fun and for allowing my work to reach a new platform.
